Employee benefits and compensation are good. Positive open door policy of senior management. Genuiney cares about employees and is supportive of those wanting to work hard to advance in the organization.

Cons

Fast paced environment. Must be able to cope with change and adapt quickly.

Pros

They start all employess with 3 weeks. Working in branch offices can be very nice as there is no day to day intrusion by senior management, which allows for a pleasant office environment. The president has hired a Shia LaBeouf look a like. Its nice working with celeb look a likes.

Cons

Constantly doing surveys, which despite all the indicators from the surveys pointing at senior management as the issue, senior management continues to blame middle management. Maybe someone should buy the Eastern Long island Team Michael Jacksons song "Man in the Mirror". Retaliation is rampant at PUSA. Basically the whole company is broken. There is not enough characters in this space to describe the disfunctional organization that makes up PUSA.
