The employee benefits package has a lot of flexibility. Company matches pension contributions. Starting vacation weeks is 3 on the Management/Professional payroll

Cons

Not much recognition for employees outside major centers. Pension is a defined contribution instead of defined benefit. Not much room for career advancement unless you are in a major center.

1)The team is terrible to work for, very dishonest. 2)During an interview process they already hired someone, but they continued to do interviews, telling candidates they were still looking for a candidate. (This made me so uncomfortable) 3)Did not provide any training
