None, it's a toxic workplace, the managers will steal hours off your pay without telling you, and the union will back the company.

Cons

Debt , Fighting to get back pay for the hours your manager stole, then getting discriminated for filing for your lost wages. This is the worst company i have worked at, and i worked at Loblaws.
