      Good wages Rewarding work Unionized (though the union had problems of its own)

      Cons

      Terrible corporate culture Not much upward mobility, everything is seniority based. Poor use of resources. Very bureaucratic. Inefficient, uses old technology, slow to adopt.

      This job was a decent job. It paid fairly well. The benights are good. Keeps you moving and active.

      Cons

      Dealing with angry upset customers. Driving in all conditions. Stupid drivers! Has become very Mismanaged in the past 5 years.
