Opportunity to take on specialized tasks, apply for Supervisory (Team Leader) roles, Fist Aider. A lot of Part-time work, so it is great for students, retirees or people that have day jobs, if working evening or night shifts.

Cons

A lot of Part-time work. The company is constantly cutting hours in order to save money. ( They have to pay for the new National Hub -Ontario that was built in 2021.). Management really push the lines hard. There is A LOT of Bulk items; small appliances, ordered bed frames, desks, coffee tables etc. You have to be strong to work here, almost every box has weight to it. Sorting staff have to handle all conveyables, mail and bulk as there are few staff to assist with loading Bulk items on the conveyor belt into the truck.
