Management is abusive and they bully each other across departments, They lie to their superiors and do everything to avoid observing company policy or compliance regulations. They kept threatening everyone in the team that they would fire us all the time and retaliated against people in the team that spoke up. Onboarding and offboarding are terrible, they have no training for new employees and just dump it on the team for them to figure out what to do with the new people, and at offboarding they continue their predatory and aggressive behavior. The forced everyone to change their schedule whether they could or not just to push the envelope of their bad management further.
