Decent pay, struggle for hours, outdated warehouse
Pros
The pay is decent depending on what position you're in. Co-workers can be helpful and nice, depending on the character. Management is understanding when it comes to calling in sick or needing a personal day. Shift generally goes by quickly and first aiders are easily accessible throughout.
Cons
Warehouse is very outdated and can no longer handle the increased amounts of freight without some issue (daily). Old lines make loading trailers frustrating at times. Busier trailers can be incredibly stressful, and splitters often are too afraid to stop the lines and create a stoppage in production, even if a trailer is overwhelmed/literally buried. Some workers will be placed on the busiest, most brutal trailers for inhumane stretches of time, and honestly deserve a premium for how fast and hard they work in comparison to other trailers.
