      Pros

      Great interviewing and training process and strong product to compete and change the marketplace as it is known

      Cons

      You can be quickly discarded with little or no reason if internal forces that be decide you need to go. Whether or not it’s warranted.

      Pros

      Family mentality and in a good way not a cliche way. Growing company. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Leadership often makes goals that have huge impacts on day to day work without consulting those doing the work to see if it's feasible. As a manager, I had several instances of promoting changes to process that I could only justify with "leadership made the change."
