Growth within the company. Benefits are okay.

Cons

No company match 401k. Health insurance is terrible. Corporate management does not deal with the internal computer system. Corporate employees are useless. Management is expected to work on call weekends, using personal vehicle.

Purvis is a great company that serves stable industries. the company is privately owned, run well, and not top heavy on management. Operations management runs a tight but fair ship, and this company seems truly concerned about their employees.

Cons

Struggles with - still operates in many ways like a much smaller company would. Making strides in this area, but the progress won't be overnight.

Privately owned still. Branches have a good amount of independence. No cap on commission.

Cons

Very old school way of running things, which in a lot of ways is a plus. A bit of a good ole boy mentality.
