I get paid every other week and still got to keep our paid time off from before the aquisition

There's no organization. They're so focused on buying more and more companies that they leave their workers in the dark on too many things.

Upper management definitely has their favorites. Don’t expect to get much recognition if you’re not in outside sales.

Lots of Freedom but Benefits are Lacking

As long as you do your job, you have the freedom to do what you want and schedule your customers at your pleasure.

Cons

The benefits aren't the best in the world. They've slashed their 401K contributions multiple years in a row and the insurance they offer is pretty obscure.
