Business Outlook
Pros
The company is pretty small at this point so projects move pretty quickly which is exciting. It is very exciting to see rapid progression of hardware and software. Management is knowledgeable, reasonable, and open-minded. There is a strong culture of respect and learning/asking questions is highly encouraged. Leadership puts good emphasis in maintaining high moral - concerns are validated and we do fun company wide off-sites pretty frequently.
Cons
There are a lot of projects going on at once so sometimes things slip though the cracks.
