Good tech stack, 10Bis, kitchen with snacks & soft drinks

Cons

Working hours are not flexible at all. CTO has a temper and you'll feel it. Running after features while compromising stability. Company not profitable so risk of losing your job at some point

Pyramid's product capability is excellent and a compelling value for customers. They treat their employees like adults and give you plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your value. I appreciate the laid back culture a lot.

Cons

If you prefer a highly structured environment this is probably not the place for you. Many of the corporate processes are informal so it does require a bit more initiative to figure everything out at the beginning.
