Pros

Technically the product has some neat features, but not as good as they believe. Will never compete on big stage only ever be a niche player or OEM'd into other tools.

Cons

I don't think I've ever worked anywhere where so many bad practices were used. From how they got funding (allegedly) to how they treated the staff (fact) thru to how they tried to unsuccessfully sell the product (fact). Their arrogance is unsurpassed.

Not many pros unfortunately. Good vision and product

Cons

Poor financial decisions made in leadership positions that result in several retrenchments per year and this after stating it would be "the last time" they'd need to retrench in some time just to repeat in a few months. Unethical leaders in certain territories engaging in corrupt dealings. Working here took me several years backwards in my career, think long and hard before considering a role here.
