They offered me a good trainings to make me refresh my Technical skills, interview and project practice, and they initially placed me with Delta Airline which is one of their clients

After they assisted me to relocate into the client's city, I was suddenly terminated without any opportunities to dual with. If I had not feel my job searching was tough, i won choose pyramid

Thanks for the feedback. It sounds like you were brought into one of our paid upskilling programs to bring your technical skills up to the level our clients were seeking. Based on the success of the program you were placed with a client to work on a project. Unfortunately not every person, or role is always a good fit. - however we try to continually work with the employee and our clients to try and find a good fit. During the assignment if there were any issues they should be brought up to your HR or CCA representative. so they can be addressed early on.
no talking to upper managment have to play telephone to get a message to them. No options to advance.

Thank you for your comment. At Pyramid Consulting we do pride ourselves on an open door policy where our teams can easily talk to their managers. We regularly communicate through bi-weekly newsletters, and Town Halls. If there is ever a situation when your concerns are not being addressed, your HR representative is always available. In regard to advancement - we regularly promote from within, or allow for upskilling.
It was fun. They give you training and it was a nice buffer between recent college graduate to finding a job
Cons
If they can't find you a job then they'll let you go quickly, without any warning. Bad management at times, bad communication. Worse thing is that they will try to reassure you that things will work out, but if things go too silent for a while then it might not be a good sign.
