Based on the success of the program you were placed with a client to work on a project. Unfortunately not every person, or role is always a good fit. - however we try to continually work with the employee and our clients to try and find a good fit. During the assignment if there were any issues they should be brought up to your HR or CCA representative. so they can be addressed early on.
