Pros

Fun, fast paced culture. Upper management very involved. Very fair and ethical company. Great benefits. Very goal oriented to help you get to next step. Owner truly cares. EXCELLENT work/life balance.

Cons

I don't love the area of our corporate office - it's too congested for my liking.

Pros

Nice recruiter, I got to work as a temp at a variety of fashion companies, some of which were very nice.

Cons

Spotty placement. I would often not hear back from my recruiter for a while. I had difficulty working as many hours as I would have liked to.
