PCI - No Games, Good people, Good pay, Good Benefits, Good Results
Pros
No GAMES. From the moment I was contacted by PCI, they were honest and forthright. I told them the rate I wanted and there was no games. They realized I was a good fit for the client and an IT professional of over 30 years experience. I was never treated with anything but respect and courtesy. The onboarding process was all electronic and quite easy. The background check and drug test required was handled with little trouble. The HR folks were fantastic as they quidded me through all the ADP registration process. PCI offers health and other benefits through ADP which was greatly appreciated as I was coming off a FTE position. This was a contract to hire position and PCI helped guide me through the process and made the conversion painless. I have ZERO complaints about PCI.
Cons
In my 6 months at PCI, I have not encountered any cons.
