      Pros

      Aditi was my representative for Pyramid. She was extremely attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly. She basically was Fantastic to work with. She is the only reason I am giving 5 starts. Because she deserves 5 Stars!

      Cons

      Nothing with Aditi except she should be promoted as the people above her are not nearly as responsive as she is. I am used to her excellent service, I wish I could say the same for one of the two gentleman I spoke with while Aditi was out, he never even responded to my email.

      I have been with company for a little over a year. My HR Support (Aditi Gupta) is the best. From day one she has always kept me informed. Whenever I had a questions, she is always prompt in answering.

      Pros

      I had an excellent experience working with Pyramid Consulting during my job search. From the initial contact to the final stages of the assignment, the entire process was managed with professionalism, clarity, and transparency. A special shoutout to Namrata, who consistently went above and beyond with timely updates, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance—making the experience seamless and stress-free. I truly appreciated the support and would highly recommend Pyramid Consulting to anyone looking for new opportunities. I’d gladly work with them again in the future.

      Cons

      PTO and holidays are unpaid, and benefits are not included for contractors. While they do offer benefit plans, I found them to be a bit expensive for my needs.
