      Good Company Many time to utilize in Proper Way

      Pros

      It's really Good Company Benefits are as per their Standard. Salary on Time. Increment are good on timely but very less specially for Support Staff. Everything is Good yes this is Level 3 Company so their is no very Big Infrastructure but good for who are really want to learn and grow for small thing you can understand lots of fundamental if you spent your time in Proper Manner instead of Involving in Gossip.

      Cons

      There is no Cab Facility for male staff which is somewhere lagging to Maintain their Standard. Lots of Politics in IT Team Specially by Manager. Please don't involve in it be focus about your Career dedicated about your work and Career those thing won't matter for you

Our leadership is hands-on and involved in the business with our teams and it shows. Our people are very important to the organization, and are the lifeblood. It is common that the Sales Teams get recognition, however at Pyramid Consulting we regularly call out and award our support teams whether HR, Marketing, Finance, Training, Operations, Admin, or the rest. We'll look at recognizing them even more.
