      sr. VP abuses to the employee sitting in India, Abuses, threaten them, shouted on them, mental harrasment, not good organization to work.

      Pros

      very effective and efficient recruiters and HR, great communication skills...on the ball throughout.... good at heart, while they are a staffing firm they are great at what they do. I've come across many staffing firms, they are up there IMHO

      none really.....I guess my experience has not been bad, please hire more folks like Ms. Srivastava!!

      I have worked with Aditi Gupta the lead HR at Pyramid for around 2 years. She is proactive in following up on any tasks. She is quick in responding to my emails and answering any questions. It’s nice to have a mentor who is actively engaging. My experience has been great working with Aditi.
