      Pros

      Supportive Senior Management. May get chance to work on a good project. Learning opportunities. Cab facility. (Pre-pandemic) Company was supportive in Pandemic situation - 2020 Good company if small Brand name/ value doesn't matter to you much. (Software Division)

      Cons

      No onsite opportunity as its a small company and trying to grow. Number of projects are less and hence it will be difficult to switch to other technology projects.

      It was good to work with as the project was good.

      Cons

      Being a consulting firm, if the project is gone , then you are left with no more options as it has very few in IT department.

      Employee's are good and management are supportive

      Cons

      Job security is a big concern here. They hire employees when the got projects and once it is over then they will ask you to resign. Notice period (3 month) is also a concern.
