We have a very upbeat corporate culture, with regular communications, activities, and employee recognition and involvement. Without knowing the specific issue you experienced with the work culture, it is difficult to respond to the exact issue. We have an open door culture that allows our associates to talk to their managers, HR, and the Executive team as needed.
