      Since the moment I received the first call from Pyramid Consulting, these guys have been so amazing, kind and helpful. I would like to thank you for all this time. I also want to give a special thanks to Efreel Charlotte who has been key with all the communication with Pyramid and always has been kind and supportive when I have needed any help from Pyramid. In my opinion, she really deserve a promotion soon because oh her amazing customer service skills. Thanks a lot guys for all your help!

      Pros

      This is my first time with the company and I am happy with the their efforts to find good projects, follow ups, and their on-boarding process. They have also been good in their follow ups and communications since I started my project. I am especially thankful for the company's executive-HR, Apaarjit Singh, for his diligence and continues follow up/supports during my start and thereafter.

      Cons

      There was some confusion in dealing with some of the folks working remotely (out of India) but that was only during the on-boarding process. Once on board, all have been smooth.
