      Not a great place to work. Its OK to have a job in slow economy but you are at dead end and nowhere to go.

      Pros

      I worked at AT&T through Pyramid as a consultant. It is a small consulting company. However not attractive place to work.

      Cons

      I was working for AT&T as a Sr Database Architect. Not a good place to work with AT&T. No challenging environments. If you have no option but have AT&T assignment you may stick your butt for a while till you get an opportunity. Pyramid is a consulting company and has no say in what its client say.

      Pros

      - This is a growing company - Working with all the biggest ad agencies as client - Dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit - Open to new ideas - Offshore team with very good technical knowledge - Great and motivated colleagues - Pays good

      Cons

      - Too much 'sales' oriented - Have the feeling that they think that it people are a commodity and they can switch and learn technology fast and easily - Long working hours - Very high dedication required - Communication with offshore has its hurdles
