      Struggles between antiquated business practice and progressive ideas

      Pros

      Corporate office is modern and state of the art. Building designed to ensure most employees can see daylight from their desk. Many opportunities for global travel. Steller health insurance. Having good General Manager makes it a wonderful place to work.

      Cons

      Company struggles between antiquated business practice and progressive ideas. HR rep is close personal friend of CEO and his family, strong bias towards management over employee interests. A lot of internal political struggle that favors older employees over new hires which engenders an uncomfortable, sometimes hostile, work environment. Having a bad General Manger can make it a toxic place to work.

      Pros

      The people were great to work with and there was always something different to do. The working hours were ideal and there was room for advancement.

      Cons

      The working environment was hot and filthy. The maintenance director didn't seem to know what he was doing and he was not very organized.
