      Founders genuinely care about employees.

      Cons

      Actual management is terrible - distrusting, deceitful, dishonest, and disrespectful. Also, low salaries and zero flexibility.

      Have good benefits and vacation time.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a warehouse job. This isn't the place. There is so much turn over and no training. Manager has no warehouse experience and the supervisor doesn't either. The more time off these guys can take the happier they are. Leave it to everyone else and not step up and work when needed.
