Pros

It is good for people who could not get any placement from college or working in call centre to enter into IT world. But a good student would just spoil there career in this company as at the end you will not learn technology nor any good domain. Good annual increment if you work really hard day and night and forget you have a family.

Cons

If you dont get into some automation project, then clicking a website is all you will learn from this organization. All the alumni of this company are doing well only if they learn automation or exited at the right time gaining some experience. Domain is poor, culture is bad. They will make you work like you are in some factory. No flexibility in timings. Only for people who are dear to there manager get the perks. Work from home is a strict NO. Not atall for married or women with kids, they will never be able to manage work life balance. give 9-10 hours in a day is mandatory.

Pros

You get to learn for the first few years(upto 1.5 year) if you are in manual You can learn good things if you are in automation or performance.(upto 3 years)

Cons

No onsite opportunity for the talented people. Lots of employees abscond from the company bcoz buyout amount is 3 lakh 60 thousand No cab facility Policy can change at any time Managers do not have any technical knowledge Even if you have knowledge and you want to switch from manual to automation. you can move in into your dreams Hire someone good in HR. Favoritism for those who are good in Games, Dance and extra-curricular activities. Even if you are going to take your lunch(within office) time will not count in total working hours

Pros

Flexible work timings. Work Life balance.

Cons

1. Mostly projects are related to a particular domain; where you hardly learn anything. 2. You'll never get a chance to learn new technologies in-order to grow your career. A real example: If you want to work on an automation testing project; then probably (if you are the luckiest person) you'll get a chance to work with automation testing team (Only if CEO approves it). Otherwise, people who does not know even about the letter "J" of JAVA and never heard about the OOPS concepts, are pushed to learn automation testing. Just because of they are having B1 VISA ready with them and they can mess up the project by their extreme automation skills at client location (Without having hands on experience of Automation Testing). Also, as per the CEO of the company, the people who are having hands on experience on automation testing tools can never do the automation testing. 3. There are so much politics involve inside the management, specially the managers. Some of the managers does not look like the managers; they are not the pillar of QAIT but the GREAT POLITICIANS of QAIT. 4. One of the major and important part for an employee is 'Appraisal'. Appraisals are below the current market stats.
