Nice People, Difficult Setup

Pros

- people here are fantastic - help is always there if you ask

Cons

- if you work with the field techs and service team, 90% of the people are not native speakers and this can hinder communication - basic processes are not written down - a lot of company info is kept through employees' memories

The $50 in snacks we get every month.

Cons

Everything about QCT Management sucks. Specifically, IT and Sr. Operations. Sr. Operations is like the Bad Witch of the South (or however that goes). The office is ran like a prison. No fun, no laughter, no joy. It can't be stopped because of the Bad Witch. It took 2 months for my entry level job to be approved. Can't stay long, because it's clear people are not happy here.

Pros

Good network to find another job. You get to meet lots of capable and competent companies and people to learn from.

Cons

Executive team has their own agenda, will do anything and everything to serve their personal goals at the expense of the "little people" You will be more focused on explaining why you are spending company resources (gas, travel, pens, cell phone bill) to generate business, rather than actual strategic methods to generate business (like go to market strategy) You will forget your true market value due to negativity to put you in your place
