Pros
You can be lazy and get paid. Nobody cares. They are desperate for head counts. You get health benefits and allowance to buy snacks/drinks/etc from a vending machine.
Cons
QCT branch in the U.S. is a joke. All the decisions are made in TW HQ. SVP/GM only cares about himself. Arrogant enough to tell us that we should be grateful as we are working for the best company in the world. Only do things that benefit him-not others, not the company. Everyone who was hired in the first generation had already left. If you are looking for a job that pays you just to occupy a seat, this is your dream job. Expect no growth. Obey. Don't have opinions.
