Worse management. They want to save money as much as they can. Some managers cannot understand English very well. You need to report everything before you do.

good opportunity for experience right out of college.

Tyrannical draconian admin team that will penalize you if you bring improvement to the company. They will give you a warning instead of fixing problem. Prepare to buy your own keyboard mouse, monitor and flash drive for work.
