A beautiful office building, wide open work space and easy attached parking lot. Vertical work reporting system and dependable counterparts.

Cons

Very untransparent company policies and management, employees are frequently told to work in different directions, resulting in low work efficiency.

Pros

The people I work with are absolutely fantastic! The Leadership Team is completely engaged with the business, as well as the employees. Good work/life balance. Benefits and other perks are comprehensive. If you're looking to join a solid, growing startup with lots of opportunity to make a difference then QCT is the place to be!

Cons

The office space is too big for fewer employees, too quite is like your in a library. Need to add energy in the office.
