If you are a self starter in sales with patience and have experience in the cellular LTE security industry with strong contacts, then this place is for you. It is good for candidates that prefer to work in a small minority owned environment with less than 10 people. If candidates maintain a good positive attitude and image with two partners of the company, there will be special considerations can't guarantee it.
Cons
There is lack of growth in the organization with no clear directions. At times, employees do gossip about many negative issues about the organization and are discouraged to discuss with the owners because of negative feedback. Unfortunately, there are no group insurance benefits, but the organization will offer to reimburse some of it if candidates can show documentation of their own insurance policy.
