Rapidly growing company, so sometimes systems have to play catch-up to the growth curve.

We appreciate your review. We empower our employees to live out our Customer Creed whether it be for our internal or external customers. We've made huge investments in our internal systems. Next month, we roll out our new ERP system which will have a significant impact on how we do business. digitization is a huge initiative for us and we'll continue to make strides to improve how we do business.

Best culture in the industry. People are empowered to have a voice to make a difference. Open and transparent from top down. Sales enabled to move fast in which everyone works as a team.

None I can think of.
