Pros

QTS is truly powered by their people. We care for each other as if we were a family and they seem to always do right by their employees. If you are a servant leader QTS will serve you. I have learned so much in my 3 years with the company and have leaders behind me supporting my growth.

Cons

We seem to be unknown in the industry. We are making head way and more are learning the QTS name, but most think of DRT or Equinix as the Kleenex of the colo business, when we in fact blow them out of the water when it comes to customer service.

Management team challenges everyone to perform at their top level. Not a place to be if you are looking to take it easy. The rewards are great for top performers. Management is always there to make sure you have the "tools to win"

Great work environment, onboarding, and great team culture! The team is welcoming and you are given the tools to succeed. Plenty of opportunities and management is transparent with their expectations and directs you in the path to success.
