The company is expanding so fast that they are outgrowing many of the original systems that were put in place to run the business. So stuff changes a lot. If you are the kind of person who needs things to stay the same, this is probably not the place for you.
Some of the sites were acquired, and had a culture that did not entirely fit with the QTS way. Any time the culture of a company changes, there is going to be some fallout. Management figured out who could and who could not make it in the "Powered by People" environment, and it appears there has been some purging of those who could not cut it. I can certainly see why this is frustrating and disappointing for some, but ultimately it makes the company stronger, and a better place to work for those who get it.
