      QTS' team from the top down is truly committed to creating & maintaining a fantastic culture and workplace for employees & customers. There's a tremendous amount of respect & trust in one another & the teamwork & collaboration is clear. We've revamped many of our systems and processes to be more efficient & productive and it's only going to improve from here. Fantastic place to work & make a difference.

      Pros

      This company is transforming into a fast-moving technology company. The people from top to bottom have embraced the change or moved on to other opportunities. Headed into 2019, QTS is a leaner company moving at a faster pace than ever. It’s definitely a place where individual contribution matters and is appreciated and rewarded.

      Cons

      2018 was a transition year, hard to go through for some.
