Not somewhere to be if you want to be valued based upon merit alone.
Pros
A very immature organization that's developing at a turtle's pace, but because of this, the ambitious are unrestricted from gaining hands on experience.
Cons
-Your advancement is based upon your willingness to become "one of the gang" -Received stellar performance reviews and was offered only cost of living increases of 3% -If you fall out of favor with the wrong people, opportunity ceases -Your happiness is dependent upon the manager you're under -Lots of bright engineers, but technical and executive leadership is non-existent -The only clear business objective is more $$$ for upper management (IPO) -Absolutely NO profit sharing or distribution to non-management -Environment is a breeding ground for hypocrites, slick talkers and two faced egomaniacs -QTS receives an A+ for it's nepotism -Lots of talk about Christian values, but they're only applied when you ask for an increase and are then told to be grateful for what you already have
