      Pros

      QTS is the best place I have ever worked. The best part of QTS is its people and culture. The total team from the top down really care about our customers, the employee base and creating shareholder value!

      Cons

      The industry is fast pace and constantly changes so QTS much keep adapting with these changes that's why QTS is on the path to be the global leader in Hybrid I.T. solutions.
