Nice people Very technically qualified Employees Well qualified and capable engineering staff

Executive management doesnt have a clue Operational VP is clueless... Doesnt understand technology CTO has a Sales/Marketing mentality Engineering staff is overworked All decisions are made at exective level. Which explains the bad direction and problems with power, infrastructure.. VP Level management and above is clueless Engineers are designing products as we go

Working at QTS in the DFW area has been amazing. I feel like I matter at QTS. The pay is competitive. I feel very fortunate for finding QTS. I admire all the innovation to make our lives easier.

Cons

My only con, and I think this is with most companies is I'd love to have a 4 day work week.

They have almost unlimited funds (at least thats what they say?)

Cons

Very political, very backstabby - honestly, this should be a great place to work and if you're working in the Data Center I bet you do enjoy your job. Internally, this company seems like a mess and being a $40 Bn company - it operates on spreadsheets and has multiple single points of failure.
