      Pros

      Quikrete continues to grow by acquisitions, so there is a lot of capital to go around.

      Cons

      However, this is not an attractive company to work for in 2025. The company operates in a very old school manner. The offices look like they haven't been updated in decades, and their technology is the same. Their benefits leave much to be desired and they require 5 days per week in office, offering zero incentives to want to continue commuting. Very high turnover with people quitting days/weeks after starting. If you are looking for a modern company with any kind of culture, this is not the place for you.

      Absolutely no pros of working here!

      Cons

      Office management treats you well in the beginning. They tell you how nice things are going to be but then, watchout. You will be belittled, sworn at, (pretty sure this is against H.R. policies), made to feel stupid, etc. The constant use of profanity by management is an everday occurance. They have no respect for employees or themselves. Why do I stay? I like my coworkers, the pay is descent, & I have a family to support, so until I can find the same pay elsewhere, am stuck here.
