Stressful and expensive benifits low raises and now that minimum wage went up to 10$ no one got moved up

Pros

It's a steady job lots of work and no layoffs. Health benefits were okay. Trucks were OK. Leased from Ryder.

Cons

The pay was not good. Nineteen cents a mile then fifteen dollars for first load. Thirty dollars for second load forty-five for third load. The carrot you put out in front of the horse is to little for all that running constant pressure on driver.
