Pros
Some of the employees I enjoy working with. I get along with most of my managers but don't ask them to help you. It's almost impossible to get fired because no one wants to work here!! The company gives you a turkey For thanksgiving and a ham for Christmas and a annual company picnic. The hours are good for the most part m-f 6am-2:30 or 4:30 depending on orders coming in.
Cons
I've been there over ten years and still don't make 15 dollars an hour. There are NO raises other then the union cost of living raise. The union here is a joke! The medical insurance for a family of three or more will cost you around 900 a month! You don't get sick time or short term disability if you are Union!! Office members /non Union however have short term disability. If you have a problem here it won't be addressed. Management will avoid you and laugh in your face if you ask for a raise.
