Pros

Solid and steady business model. This is a professionally managed company and corporation yet still with a family atmosphere. Management is in tune and knows its employees better than they think. Fun culture.

Cons

The benefits are substandard and the 401K options get outperformed by the market in most cases, lagging below the S&P, Dow and Nasdaq.
