      This company is more like a cult, They micromanage anjd use So many outdated systems that you think you are back in 1995. There is a reason they are private and I assume this is why. If you are a forward thinking employee or client, this is NOT the place to be. There is likely a reason they can underbid and it is not a good thing. For employees, comp and benefits are awful, culture is worse...

      It was a decent salary and working hours. Benefits were expensive for such a big company.

      Cons

      Very corporate. Upper management is truly incompetent. Management delegates tasks and responsibilities they don't want to be held accountable for. One guy rowing and 5 steering, when they don't reach the destination, they fire the rower.
