      Do your job and you'll keep your job Collaborative team with great ideas

      1) expensive medical benefits 2) no hybrid/remote options (unless mgmt. discretion) 3) ran like an enterprise "mom & pop shop" 4) IT Director is not forward thinking in terms of technology (reactive vs proactive) 5.) IT infrastructure except of data-centers are out of compliance in terms of firmware update(s) and EoL devices 6.) No upward career trajectory plan/efforts instead just lateral moves with job title change(s) 7.) lack of on-job training or ANY training for that matter 8.) lack of technical direction and sometimes wavering business decisions from leadership

      Work local, home everyday. New Tractors

      12 hour days, must do overtime everyday. pay not worth it without overtime. No work life balance, excessive punishment for simple errors. Example, missed low tire on one tire, during post trip. 3 day suspension for failure to perform Post Trip, should have reported the tire. Other driver spotted upon his pre trip, Thus I was suspended 3 days , lost safety bonus . Simple error, extreme punishment lost aprox $2000 in income. Unjust punishment

      Cons

      The communication of this organization is terrible. There is no training or onboarding process for new employees. I had a manager that went months without talking to me, and had a complete lack of interest in what I was doing, or developing me in my role. The software used is severely outdated because they are cheap and the benefits are horrific. Cigna for healthcare was a nightmare to deal with and pay for. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere this is not a place you want to go in the office five days a week for.
