behind in tech, salary could be more based on company net worth & amounts customers spend.... all in office again to justify new building many things still not great in new building. insurance costs double my old position and not as great even highest tier offered. another shame for such a big company

1) expensive medical benefits 2) no hybrid/remote options (unless mgmt. discretion) 3) ran like an enterprise "mom & pop shop" 4) IT Director is not forward thinking in terms of technology (reactive vs proactive) 5.) IT infrastructure except of data-centers are out of compliance in terms of firmware update(s) and EoL devices 6.) No upward career trajectory plan/efforts instead just lateral moves with job title change(s) 7.) lack of on-job training or ANY training for that matter 8.) lack of technical direction and sometimes wavering business decisions from leadership
