The communication of this organization is terrible. There is no training or onboarding process for new employees. I had a manager that went months without talking to me, and had a complete lack of interest in what I was doing, or developing me in my role. The software used is severely outdated because they are cheap and the benefits are horrific. Cigna for healthcare was a nightmare to deal with and pay for. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere this is not a place you want to go in the office five days a week for.
