      Excellent culture with a leadership team that is very leaned in and committed to rolling their sleeves up to get the job done with you. Great benefits package, extremely competitive compensation, and lots of room for growth. The company recognizes top performance and works hard to retain its key players. Working towards an exciting and industry-shaping mission.

      Cons

      Expect the usual growing pains of working in a startup-esque company that requires people to be committed to the work. This environment is not for you if you are not a fast paced self-starter.

      Cons

      Crappy benefits (insurance is expensive if you want good coverage, PTO is minimal, too cheap to pay for technical roles, so engineering staff is gutted
