      Pay was $28 an hour for 3rd shift weekends, but wasn’t for everyone who worked

      Toxic work environment, bad management/supervision, no knowledge of workplace rights or violations.

      Pros

      You get paid if you show up. There is work to do If you seek it out hard enough.

      Cons

      Management is extremely toxic and out of touch. Merit and employee recognition are not valued other than plaques for every 10 years you work there and blanket raises. Turnover was high but varied from plant to plant. I would not recommend this job to anyone. I’ve seen White Castles managed better.

      Pros

      Complainers get weeded out pretty quick. Many people respect the drivers. The company respects longevity and tends to listen to those who have stayed with the company and helped solve problems rather than complain about them. They really try hard to deliver 1st class product and service to their customers.

      Cons

      Frequently chaotic during the summer. Sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
