      High turnover of employees and better than thow attitude.

      Pros

      They are very considerate of personal business such as time off and scheduling. As a driver their equipment is adequate.

      Cons

      Working conditions are very poor. Very dusty with repetitive motions and compensation is low enough that employees can't afford company insurance. I wrote an email to my managers boss about their benefits and working conditions in the plant and gave them two weeks notice and they terminated me the same day.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with time off, coming in late, and just general understanding of your life outside of work. It takes a lot to get fired from this job.

      Cons

      The reason why it takes a lot to get fired is because it is an abosolute horrible place to work. The conditions are horrible. It is very dusty and dirty. Very hard to breathe. And the pay is extremely low for the work that you have to do.
