Great people to learn from and with. workload if working with a full staff allows for time to pursue personal interests without ever feeling burnt out. Opportunity to get an hands on understanding on products
Cons
A LOT of processes that need to catch up with the times. Outdated systems, sometimes method of thinking as it relates to the working place. Career growth does not seem to be abundant in nature. At times feels like you are doing multiple roles rolled into 1 but mislabeled. benefits specially health insurance is horrible.
